Construction Site Laborer - General Tasks

Compensation: Starting at $20.00/HR

Job Location: All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

Job Type: This is a full-time hourly position. Employees are eligible for regular benefits after 90 days which include:

  • Health insurance

Position Overview: LaMontagne Builders, based in Bedford, NH, is hiring motivated laborers for general construction tasks. Candidates must have dependable transportation, be prepared to work outdoors throughout the year and perform diverse duties within the residential construction industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for self-driven individuals to grow their careers with a family-oriented company that prioritizes work-life balance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and walking
  • Performing repetitive tasks
  • Using power tools and other equipment
  • Climbing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • Shoveling, raking, and sweeping as needed
  • Completing tasks in various weather conditions

*Experience Operating a Rough-Terrain Forklift is a plus!
